Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 29, 2026 · By using Flycastmediaworkhub, you agree to these terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Flycastmediaworkhub platform. By registering an account or accessing our task networks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

  • "Plan" — The user's registered membership tier (Starter, Premium, or Elite).

2. Eligibility

To register an account and participate in Flycastmediaworkhub task campaigns, you must meet the following parameters:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully pass basic identity verification checks (KYC) if prompted by administration.
  • Provide authentic, accurate personal records during registration and setup.
  • Not be a resident of or citizen in any country subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
  • Not have had a previously banned, suspended, or blacklisted account on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Requirements

During registration, you must provide a unique username, a valid email address, and a strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). You are also required to establish a separate, distinct Withdrawal Password that must differ from your main login password to safeguard your wallet balances.

3.2 Account Security

You bear full responsibility for maintaining password secrecy and account integrity. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage or breaches. Accounts are strictly personal; one account is allowed per individual. Setting up multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or sharing accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3.3 Termination & Suspensions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior warning under the following scenarios:

  • Submitting altered, falsified, or duplicated screenshots as proof of task completion.
  • Detecting multiple accounts registered under the same device ID, IP subnet, or wallet destination.
  • Exhibiting abusive, threatening, or hostile behavior toward platform staff or chat support.
  • Violating any provision set forth in these Terms.
  • Initiating payment disputes or card chargebacks regarding plan upgrade fees.

4. Task System

4.1 Task Assignment

Tasks are assigned automatically based on your current subscription plan. Brand partners and commission margins are allocated dynamically by our distribution algorithm. We reserve the right to modify task availability, values, and parameters to ensure organic distribution.

4.2 Task Completion

You must strictly adhere to the guidelines displayed for each task. Submissions must be genuine, unaltered, and completed within the typical 24-hour time limit. Failed, incomplete, or rejected proof uploads do not qualify for commission payouts.

4.3 Prohibited Actions

Users must not employ bots, browser scripts, or artificial automation tools. Fake proofs or bug exploits are considered severe violations. Any user caught exploiting system bugs or colluding to bypass verification checks will face immediate balance forfeiture and permanent bans.

5. Commissions & Earnings

5.1 Commission Structure

Earnings are generated as commissions based on the plan type. The standard payouts are defined below:

Membership Plan Commission Rate
Starter Plan 1% flat rate of the brand task value
Premium Plan 2% – 6% variable rate of the brand task value
Elite Plan 2% – 6% variable rate + priority Elite brand pools

5.2 Interbrand Deposits

Premium campaigns (Interbrands) require a temporary security deposit to unlock, reflecting the higher commission values. Deposits are held securely in platform escrow and are automatically returned alongside your commission immediately upon successful task verification. However, failing or abandoning an Interbrand task will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

5.3 Rebates

Rebates are calculated as: Brand Value + Commission. Earnings are credited directly to your internal account balance, subject to verification delays (typically under 2 hours for standard tasks).

6. Payments & Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

We process withdrawals via USDT (TRC20 network), USDT (ERC20 network), or direct international bank transfers (available in select regions).

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Plan Tier Minimum Balance Maximum Daily Limit
Starter $50.00 $500.00
Premium $20.00 $5,000.00
Elite $10.00 $50,000.00

Withdrawals require inputting your secondary Withdrawal Password. Standard administrative approval takes between 12 to 48 hours depending on your plan tier. Large withdrawal amounts may trigger random compliance reviews and KYC validation checks.

6.3 Fees

The platform does not charge internal payout fees. However, network gas fees (for crypto payouts) and conversion/intermediary bank charges (for bank transfers) are borne entirely by the user.

6.4 Refund & Forfeiture Policy

Plan activation purchases (Premium/Elite setup fees) are one-time and strictly non-refundable. Security deposits on incomplete or failed Interbrand tasks are subject to forfeiture. Disputed or flagged withdrawal balances will be frozen pending formal legal review.

7. Plans & Upgrades

We provide three tiers of plans: Starter (Free), Premium ($100 one-time), and Elite ($1,000 one-time). Users can upgrade to higher levels at any time. Because benefits are permanently coded onto your profile, downgrades are not supported. Payments can be settled via supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT), cards (via Stripe integration), or standard bank transfers.

8. Referral Program

8.1 Referral Tracking

Each user is provided a unique referral code. You earn bonus commissions when new users register and upgrade plans using your link.

8.2 Referral Bonuses

Your Active Plan Referral Profit Share
Starter 5% of direct referrals' task profits
Premium 10% of direct referrals' task profits
Elite 15% of direct referrals' task profits

8.3 Rules

Self-referral schemes (creating a second account using your own referral code) are strictly prohibited and result in immediate ban. Referral rewards are paid from platform corporate budgets and do not deduct from your invitee's earnings.

9. Intellectual Property

The Flycastmediaworkhub logo, platform name, codebase, layouts, and brand systems are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. User uploads (such as campaign proofs) are granted to the platform for audit verification purposes. Scraping, harvesting, reverse-engineering, or reproducing platform assets is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flycastmediaworkhub and its officers are not liable for any losses stemming from: cryptocurrency price fluctuations, network transfer delays, user errors when writing wallet addresses, third-party wallet exploits, or force majeure events. Our maximum aggregate liability under any scenario is limited to the amount you paid for your active plan.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flycastmediaworkhub, its directors, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your misuse of the task networks, violations of these terms, or infringement of platform policies.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Revised versions take effect immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued access to the task networks constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms. Significant modifications will be notified via email or dashboard alert.
